1) Inner Thigh Exercise. This exercise is performed by lying on your left side, with your hips and ankles together with the shoulder. Curve your right knee into a 90 degree angle, and then lift up your left leg towards ceiling. After that, bring your left leg back down again. Reverse and do the same to the right leg.
2) Knees and Elbows Exercise. Bring your leg towards your back with your other toe on the ground. Lift your leg to the ceiling and slowly bring it down. Then do your next leg the same way (switching from right to left). Lift your knee and expand your heel up and back to the ceiling, and then do the same to your next leg, changing sides.
